Three vehicles. Can be new or used.
No budgetary limits.
All vehicles MUST remain stock. But, you have to account for your current geographical climate. So, you can certainly choose to DD an Elise, but you then have to also have something to drive in the winter as swapping wheels counts as modifying the car. You also have to account for your SO/Spouse’s driving habits and car preferences. So, if you both like Miatas, that’s great (You should put a ring on that!). But if your SO doesn’t really like cars, they must have something they would choose as well.
My choices:
My DD: Golf R
Family Hauler/Utility Vehicle/Winter Beater: Toyota Land Cruiser
Mrs. ADabOfOppo’s DD: MINI Cooper (Non S)

J100 Land Cruiser (We agree there, great, truly great vehicles), Syclone, MR2 spyder.
Two dead reliable vehicles for appropriate weather/terrain. One for the joy of a stupidly fast truck that had no purpose of ever being built apart from fun.
The MR2 is mostly because I had a ton of fun in them, they aren’t horrible to drive for a distance and they are cheap to keep on the road all while being a hoot to drive on the county roads of Central NJ. I want it in the Indigo Ink and then I would change out the interior for red leather, because I’m an idiot.

The Benz isn’t. And believe me, I don’t want a wagon, but after having to use her sister’s Kia Rio Cinco, all my gf wants is a wagon.

Put a ring on that, ASAP.
You’ve found her. It was long rumored among the ancients that there was one who liked wagons, but to have the prophecy come true is truly far too wonderful.

It was built to be used all over Soviet Union and where ever their military needs to be, of course it has a heater.

Not only does it have a heater it’s a powerful one at that!
Bourgeoise or not wars are not won with frozen to death soldiers.
From Military-Today :
Standard equipment of the GAZ-66 includes a powerful cab heater and an engine pre-heater but these are omitted on models intended for tropical use.

Go ahead, call me boring.
DD: V70R. (yes, an AMG wagon would have ~double the HP, but no manual).
Toy: 911. Really, most any manual 911 would suffice. But let’s call it an RSR. Because Mr. Porsche Seinfeld called it his favorite.
Hauler: I already have it! 1961 Ford F100 4x4, 4 speed manual.
See? I’m ready to be called “boring.” But I’ll be too busy enjoying the sh** out of my cars. And I could actually afford *some* 911, and certainly a V70R. Hmm, I’ll be right back let me go check ebay...

For daily
For track(I want to give spec E30 a go)
For pulling the E30 and for playing off road(and for being one of the only solidly reliable things that I find exciting)
Alternate: Forget the FiST and just drive the Land Cruiser when it’s broken(or cheat and say it’d be my fourth):
Colors and configurations are ideally how I would want them.
Edit: Didn’t notice stock part. Cruiser would be fine stock, I’m going to say that the E30 is stock because it fits a very strict set of rules for a series. Also changing the wheels really should not count as a modification.

All vehicles MUST remain stock, as sold from the factory, zero modifications otherwise. That includes tires.
These posts have to have some kind of pedantic, overbearing rules to try and exploit.

Life’s too short to be driving some comfy boring car. If I want to relax, I’ll sit on an actual couch. If I’m behind the wheel, I want a midship-runabout-2 seater.

My fantasy garage would never contain all(if any) absolutely stock vehicles, especially if that includes tires. Like even the FiST I would at least want that Cobb tuning kit.
TBH I didn’t read the rules but I would probably stick with these stock. But in that case forget the E30 and keep the Alpha.
Edit: Maybe actually swap the Cruiser for a Rubicon. If there’s no more race car I no longer need a barge to pull the race car so it would only need to keep the off-road toy role. And at that point the doors might as well be able to come off.

I think you're spot on with the Golf R as a daily driver. My spousal unit has a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that I'm stuck with. And for my third, I'll take the Morgan 3 Wheeler because, why not?
